About Us

Rosemarie Escoffery is a former job coach. She worked for the Hernando County School system in Florida for over 12 years. She is currently the CEO of Devons House LLC since 2017.

As a job coach, she would help students with disabilities, learn, accommodate, and perform their work duties. In addition to working on skills related to performing a specific job task. Rosemarie also helped with interpersonal skills necessary for the students to maintain employment in the workplace.

As a paraprofessional she assisted teachers in the classrooms. Rosemarie supported students with emotional or behavior concerns and assisted the students in developing appropriate social skills.

Rosemarie volunteers twice a month to help the homeless community and serves dinner to the less fortunate every Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Rosemarie has been married to Devon Escoffery for 34 years. They have 2 children. Their son, Devon, who is developmentally disabled, has launched her passion for helping and working with individuals with disabilities.  Their daughter  has completed her studies at the University of Central Florida, and continued to study to become an actress. Her children are a constant source of pride in her life.
