Life Skills Development I program is specifically tailored for individuals aged 21 and older seeking to enhance their social abilities with supervision. Through personalized, non-medical care and engaging socialization activities, whether in a one-on-one setting or in small groups of up to three, we are dedicated to fostering a supportive environment that promotes growth and confidence.
Transportation
Offering Reliable Transportation Solutions
Devons House LLC offers transportation to and from appointments for services covered by Medicare. All transportation must be scheduled at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance, this is to ensure you arrive at your appoint on time.
We provide transportation throughout the Hernando County area. This includes transportation to:

The types of transportation that are available for appointments:

Medical

Non-Medical Transportation (NMT) is by private or public vehicle for people who do not have another way to get to their appointment.

Private transportation is available for those that are unable to deal with crowds, at an additional cost.
Nonmedical Transportation is also available for every customer. To set up a ride, you can call Devons House LLC at 757-291-8684 and ask about transportation providers. When you contact the transportation provider, they will ask you for information about your appointment, date, and time. You will need to verbally let them know that you do not have any other way to get to your appointment.
